Perseus Empty Annotations

Hello everyone,

I am new to MaxQuant and Perseus. I am trying to analyse a MS data and using both Cassiopeia and Perseus after MaxQuant. Cassiopeia was all good and fun but in Perseus I had this issue where I cannot see any annotations I have imported.

Perseus adds new columns for KEGG for example but its empty. (PS.: I checked my annotation files and they are full with annotation informations). Somehow Perseus can't read these. When I search in the forums I thought it might be due to version, so I downloaded all 4 online annotation files (old ones and current). I have changed id/gene name/protein section in Perseus annotation box. I tried every possible configuration. But still empty...

If someone can help I would be grateful...
