identifying proteins that are very similar in the sequence.

Hi everyone,

I have a problem with the identification of highly similar proteins in MaxQuant. for example, Tubulins such as Tubulin B; there is a group of Tubulin B proteins that are almost identical in the sequence except for a few amino acids.  I have repeats of each experiment and MaxQuant chooses to show one variant in each repeat. does anyone know how to overcome this problem?
