Hi all,
MaxQuant v2.7.5.0 is successfully identifying peptides from MS2 scans, but is failing to properly register TMT labels (TMT10plex) and/or associate the correct SPS-MS3 scans, which is causing the reporter ion intensities to appear as zero. I checked the raw data and the reporter ions are clearly present. Is there any resolution to this problem?
