http://www.perseus-framework.org/Perseus_1.3.0.4.zip
now. Bugs can be reported in
http://maxquant.myjetbrains.com/youtrack/
but not for earlier versions of Perseus or MaxQuant

Dear Juergen,

I downloaded and extracted the zip file to my Dell laptop running Windows 7 professional but when I tried running the Perseus.exe I get the error message "Perseus has stopped working" every time. Any idea how I can make it run on my machine?

Dear Juergen,

I am trying to analyse some data using Perseus after having done the MaxQuant Summer school 2016. The annotations keep not appearing in the categorical columns. I have downloaded the fast file, added to Perseus conf annotations and when I add the annotations the file is there and all seems fine but no information appears on the categorical column after creating the matrix. I have even tried to use one of the datasets of the school and still does not work. The only difference is that I was using a another computer. Any idea what might be?
