Perseus grouping

I am quite new to Perseus, I have only 2 group with 24 samples as control and 7 treated samples. I don't have any replicate. ( my samples are only named as UR for control and UN for treated)

I am confused about how to group my samples as they do not have same sample number and I need to filter these samples for valid values separately.

Do still I need to create that annotation raw for grouping ?

Your help would be much appreciated
