Introducing ViewPager2Actions for espresso testing

Hi there!
I am Abhay, an undergraduate from India. I am an open-source enthusiast and an Android Developer. I recently wanted to write some Espresso tests to test ViewPager2 but there were no dedicated ViewActions, so I had to construct my own custom ViewAction for those tests. So, now I wondered if we can introduce Viewpager2Actions similar to ViewPagerActions so that the other developers can be benefited.

Please tell me if we are interested in it. I have filed issue #905 for now, looking forward to your response.
