Hi All,

I have trouble sharing this project, because it's easier to finish
most of the tasks myself. Thus I try to find tasks, which would be
helpful in our work, and I don't know anything about it. Please feel
free to criticize, comment, or work on these.

1. I'm currently working on making the screenshots faster. The old
method: the browser asks for each screenshot one by one. It takes a
lot of time to rebuild a connection, which slows us down. The new
method: we start 3 simultanous connection to fetch the image, it
speeds up the connection by a lot.
The perfect solution would be: use a video stream. I know we will
have to do the flow control by hand (in an other connection?), but I'm
optimistic. Altought streaming might be a problem in some mobile
environments (internet provider might block it), it would be great to
have it as an option (which would be default if possible).

It would be great if someone could check on the open-source html5
(with flash fallback) videoplayer projects, like http://videojs.com/
and http://flowplayer.org/ and check features like
- Can the webM/mp4/flv video be not fixed frames/sec?
- Are there any open-source videocodecs libs in C/C++, which could be
included to Webkey?
- Can we catch the click on these layers (to inject touches)?

Thanks,
Peter
