Seekbar callbacks

HI,

SetOnTouch for Seekbar exists but is not documented, the callback gets a value.

The docs for Seekbar OnChange show no parameter for the callback, but it gets a value.

And if both SetOnTouch and SetOnChange are active, then only the OnChange function is invoked (seems to be consistent with other controls).
