I commented out the Manifest permissions in DS for using wallpapers a while ago because no one seemed to be using it.

Does anyone use live wallpapers these days?  Don't they run your battery flat?

Then is there a way to make an auto-changing static wallpaper that change depending on your phone time?

Do you really want a wallpaper.... or do you need a lock screen widget?

I want wallpaper.. if possible, I would like it to auto-change at different times. eg. day and night
