APK Builder pharsing error

Hello.
I got an Error after Building my SDK to an APK File.

The Building Process works fine, but if i want to install the finished APK to my phone i get the Error, that there was an Error at the Pharsing the APK Paket.

Its only if i want to Build the APK for the App "Sphere".
If i try to build and install any other App to an APK i dont get any Error and it works just fine.

The App "Sphere" is much bigger that my other Projects ever was....

I got about 20 Layouts in it...

If i start the "Sphere" App inside DroidScript it works fine...
this Problem just started without any reason.. i just edited the "Sphere" App.

I have an "Wiko BLOOM"
Android KitKat
1GB RAM

What package name are you trying to use?

Hey Dave,

the Problem is not to use a Package...

The Problem is that theres an Error while Installing the Compiled APK on my Phone.

It says: "Error while pharsing the package."

I can send you my SDK and you can try it out...

Hi,

Sometimes you get this error if Android does not like your package name. Try using a simple test package name like this:-

org.mycompany.test

and see what happens.

If you still see the problem, then send us your SPK and I'll try to work out the problem.

Also, make sure you have updated to the latest ApkBuilder using the 'reinstall' button on the plugins page.

your solution dont work for me...

Same Error "Error while parsing the package"

Please make sure you are also using the latest version of DroidScript - 1.29.

Hello again,

yes i am at DroidScript 1.2.9 and yes i reinstalled the APK Builder.

How do i send privately my SDK?

Email? MSG System?

I didnt found any MSG System here...

Just taken a look at you SPK, and I couldn't build an APK at all. Looking through your assets, there is an image with the name 'ProfilLäd.pn' which caused the APK build to fail. Avoid using Unicode characters like 'ä' in asset filenames, and stick to ASCII characters. I renamed the image to 'ProfilLad.png' and I was able to build a valid APK.

Please try renaming the image and that should fix your APK.

You know how i could make my TABS at the Login or in the App faster switching?

Hi XGamer

Your tab OnTouch callback is being called twice, for both Touch Down & Touch Up events. You can fix this by changing this line:

LHeader.SetOnTouch( LHeaderClick )

to this:

LHeader.SetOnTouchUp( LHeaderClick );

So it will only be called on a Touch Up event, and should make switching between tabs a little faster.
