Sony SmartWatch 2 now going cheap

Hi Guys,

Since we are about to release an official plugin for the Sony SmartWatch 2, I thought it would be good to point out that the watch is going cheap (for a smartwatch) at the moment on Amazon in the US at about $80 and the UK at around £50 (and probably going cheap else where too).  If you can afford it, then maybe it's time to treat your self to a present ;)

In our opinion, this is one of the best smart watches available for Android and we've got lots of different (newer and more expensive) smart watches... but we always end up going back to the SW2 for its simplicity, reliability and long battery life.  Mine even went through the washing machine (accidentally) with no adverse effect :)

You will very soon be able to write you own DroidScript Apps for it too as ChrisH is putting the finishing touches to our new SmartWatch2 plugin as I write this post.  You will be able to write Apps to get info from online services, such as weather and news, you will be able to toggle Ringer Volume, Wifi, Bluetooth etc on your phone, write Apps to take control of your home automation or music system, read text messages, emails, write a phone finder + loads of other fun stuff too!
