Hi guys,

My father brought me a new laptop Dell vostro running windows 8.1 yesterday.

I can't connect my Samsung galaxy tab 3 neo running Android 4.2.2 through D.S ADB to edit my projects via laptop.

I installed Droidscript Connect in my laptop and connected my tab with laptop throught USB cable.
when i run Droidscript Connect, but it shows a notification first as" Droidscript Connect is ready"
but after 2 seconds it shows "no device found"

when i type the URL in internet explorer it said "Page not found"

I would try using your laptop's browser first, instead of DroidScript Connect.

Have you taken all the steps Dave recommends here?

You dont need an internet connection for the wifi editor. Just only a wifi router connecting both your mobile unit and your pc/laptop device. Then open the browser on your pc/laptop type in the ip address to connect to your mobile device. The editor will appear on your browser.

If you dont have a wifi router. A pocket wifi will also do the trick. Or if you have a spare mobile device and have it set as wifi hotspot can also work

Hi nikhil,

I've tested to use adb connect with 3 different devices (which one is 4.1.1) and no problem at all.

You should create a .bat file near adb.exe (in the folder of DroidScript Connect) with the following code:

adb devices
pause

Then when you double click the .bat file, it will open a cmd and show you if your Samsung galaxy tab 3 neo is connected.

If not, try many things to see if it recognizes your device:
- Disable and re-enable USB debugging
- Switch from "Disk drive" to "Charge only"

You have to re-run the bat file any time you want to update the list of connected devices.

If it is connected but you can't access the editor, ensure you clicked the connexion button on DroidScript.
If you checked "use adb" in your DroidScript settings, it will show ask you to type "127.0.0.1:8088" onto your web browser.
