Problem experienced with lottiescript plugin

I noticed that the lottiescript plugin uses a webview by default to execute the json lottiefiles. Now I tried using this plugin in one of my projects which worked perfectly. But when compiled into apk, it doesn't work, the default webview called lottieview shows an error file not found, and the URL shown is file:///app folder/plugins/lottiescript/index.html *something like that. Please how do I go about this.

The Lottie plugin works fine in the SPK file. However, when I create an APK, the Lottie animation doesn't start. I tried it on Android 10 and 12.

I checked and the plugin is no longer working for me. I don't quite understand where the problem is. The error message shows random characters. The Java library is probably very old (more than 3 years old). For now, it might be better to integrate it with WebView.

This is bad. It was a plugin I really liked. How can I integrate it with WebView and use it? Is there an example?

Yes, it's a really good tool (it used to be better).
