DroidScript Upgrade Deleted All My Application Code

After upgrading DroidScript on my Samsung tablet, I discovered that all of my application code files were deleted. I checked both the /sdcard/DroidScript/ folder and /Android/data/com.smartphoneremote.androidscriptfree/files, but only the default example apps are present—none of my own projects remain. I did not uninstall the app, only upgraded it. I do not have a backup, and my code is not in any of the usual locations.

Has anyone else experienced this issue after an upgrade? I would appreciate any information about why this might have happened or if there are any known causes.
