Is there any page router for droidscript so that i can create multi-page application with ease.

No because most app developers prefer to create their own page manager and router... I have found though some kind of DS plugins that have this purpose, but I personally believe, as every deveoper's needs differ, the best solution would be to make your own one.

The "Multi-page" App template contains a page router.
Note: I think that template is Premium only
