DS app publishing on playstore

I want to publish an app on google store which takes user data (IMEI,SIM Info,Mobile Hardware Info) I want to get approval from google so that it must run on all devices is DS APK,ABB allowed by the google for uploading on play store ?

If you upload your app to the test or beta tracks, then Google will sign your AAB/APK for you.

• f you’ve uploaded an AAB to a track (internal testing/closed/open/production) and use Play App Signing, you can download the Google-signed APKs from Play Console’s Latest releases & bundles (“App bundle explorer”) — including a “Signed, universal APK” and device-specific APKs. Google Help+1

How to grab it in Play Console

Test and release → Latest releases and bundles → All app versions → pick your version → Downloads tab → download Signed, universal APK (or device-specific APKs). Google Help
