Besides QuickEdit+, is there any other good programmer's editor that can access the DS projects folder? Latest Android versions do not even show the projects folder for any other app to view and edit files, regardless of the "all files" permission I grant such apps.

I suggest you use the latest DS beta as it has a built-in file browser so that you can export and import files from scoped storage, as well as browse and edit the files.

Thanks Dave. I installed the Betas and could see the File Manager listed under "Installed extensions". But, forgive my ignorance - How do I use it? I thought when I open a file to edit, I would see something like a File Management menu or something similar.

On your phone, you should be able to press the >> button on the top left and then choose the 3rd tab along

That tab throws an error:
___________
Webpage not available
net:ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

Did you try re-starting DS and wait a few seconds before going to the tab?
Did you try pressing the wifi button?
Are you connected to the internet?
What device and Android version are you using?
