No it's not in the permissions list. It will require alteration to DroidScript code by the developer

I will try to draw Dave's attention to this but I don't know how much priority it will get in the current hective schedule of redevelopment

I could easily add the necessary permission to DS, it just needs someone to create a DS plugin to allow registering for the intents.
