Unable to confirm subscription

Hi

I've just subscribed to Premium and Google Play is asking me to confirm the plan by opening the app, but when I do nothing changes and it continues to ask me to confirm before Saturday. Can anyone help please?

It's saying it's cancelled but I hadn't even managed to start it

That wording normally means the payment failed so the subscription was cancelled

If they thought you had cancelled your subscription the wording would be
Your subscription will end on Feb 11th

If the payment failed I should have £10.39 there instead of £6.90. 
Talking to Google Play about it now.

Okay apparently two payments went through and one was cancelled.
