HTML5 Feature Request: Clicked remote URLs open in new browser tab locally

For example, Outlook 2010 - You receive an email with a link in it...

Currently, if you click the link, it will open in a browser window inside the remote app...  So Chrome will open over top of Outlook in the same browser tab.

It would be extremely helpful if clicking the link remotely opened a new browser tab locally and navigated to the page.

If the feature is possible, please make it a toggle flag - as sometimes you would still want the links to open remotely...  Such as using IE as a Remote App.

That need to install a plugin on server side and we don't want to do it right now.
