How to use those two frames bellow the main frame

I would like to display the same log file in the two frames at the bottom of the window and apply other filter. Is this possible? I did not figure out how to open a file in these frames.

1.make three fake log files.
copy one file to 3 files, naming rule like the test pattern, mainlog,event log
,radio log.

2. open another instance of logview. load the same  file.
