Role: QA Test Lead (DB-Oracle-SQL)
Location: Louisville, KY
NOTE: H1B / GC / GC-EAD’s citizens / TN visas only
· 8+ years of testing experience covering Database (Oracle), DataWareHouse, SQL, API and user experience/dashboards testing.
· 2+ years’ experience with HP Quality center, Test Director, QTP, and ClearQuest.
· Highly experienced writing test plans and test cases, and documenting software defects and anomalies
· Good to have automated test tools experience like Selenium, etc. and knowledge on testing of cloud concepts.
· Experience analyzing business requirements and functional specifications. Lead the team, Coordinate feature releases across our product and operations groups.
· Drive test planning for a broad array of user-facing and back-end features.
· Coordinate closely with feature developers and offshore testers.
· Drive test automation vision and planning, with our development team seeking your direction.
· Manage incoming bugs and make triage decisions based on your expert product, system, and user knowledge.
· Excellent planning, coordination, and communication skills.
· Proven expertise defining and monitoring automated test suites for web-based products.
· Develop and maintain project specific testing processes, procedures, and metrics
· Develop, execute and manage test plans and schedules for each test phase.
· Working knowledge of MS Project, Excel, Word, Power Point and Visio
