Position: Automation Tester
Location: Newark, California
Duration: 6+ months
Client: Robosoft Technologies
MOI: One round video interview involving a live coding test
OPT-EAD, GC-EAD, H1B will not be considered
3+ years of core Java development experience required

Responsibilities:
- Develop, review and execute automated test cases
- Diagnose, track and manage quality issues to resolution
- Develop integration tests, performance tests, and scale tests for the client cloud applications
- Participate in and contribute to code reviews
- Take ownership of work and continuously strive for improvement
- Be a self-starter with the ability to deliver on time with quality and also handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of core Java development experience
- Hands-on experience with unit, integration test development, API based test automation framework using TestNG, Rest Assured, Java backend (API) based test automation
- Experience with front-end based automation using Selenium, JavaScript
- Experience with development and maintenance of regression tests in large scale multi-tenant web applications
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Passion for testing with a “break it” mentality
- Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodology
- Experience with Version Control, Code Collaboration, and Continuous Integration Systems
- Experience working with relational databases, structured query languages, and SQL tools
- Experience working with NoSQL databases is also a nice to have.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, MIS or relevant experience
- Good Communication and ability to work with team members from other geographies
