Interview Process: 30 minute phone screen then 1 hour onsite or webex with the team
Must Haves: PHP, Drupal, building out custom modules for Drupal CNS styling (websites)
Plus: Enterprise environments

Soft – Someone who is motivated by autonomy, can handle ambiguous situations, likes freedom to find solutions to problems, likes collaborative environments, can explain their thinking process, doesn't get hurt when people poke holes on their development
Day to Day:
This individual will be developing and enhancing internal platforms, applications, and services. These projects help make the jobs of internal Charter employees more effective resulting in positive enhancements of the customer service process and experience. Overall, they will be building out digital websites with Drupal.
Job Description:
The PHP/Drupal Developer will join a small team of high performing developers to extend and maintain our development platform / toolchain. Our team focuses on making the developer experience within our Product Organization top notch. Everything we provide is to ensure development teams can work better, faster, stronger – and focus on value-added work. We provide two main areas of service to the wider product engineering teams: one being a set of reliable infrastructure and self-service tools to deliver code in a fast, secure, and quality manner; the second being evangelists and active members of the development community to help development teams use the tools we provide in the most efficient manner possible.
