Youtube App defaults to HQ/HD despite turning off option.

As title states, despite turning off the HD/HQ option the App will default to higher qualities when on WiFi. 

Does not happen on HSDPA/3G. Just want to clarify if this is a fault or because it's on Wifi. 

The option does not state that it will only use higher quality on Wifi, just that it won't play HQ/HD by default.
