[Wifi & BT - RTL8723BU] - drivers is missing

hello,

I'm not alone with this problem. I found many requests about this one.
I don't know how add a new driver as module on android x86 portage (I've only Linux skills not Android ; seem similar but different...)

Do you know if integration of this driver is on the roadmap of Android-x86 ?

FYI I use a Cube I9 tablet and I add a dualboot to this one. All is perfect but zero Realtek driver is present (wifi; bt & sound)

if the wifi/bt is working on a linux you may copy the firmware related to it from /etc/firmware to the same folder on android, reboot and try. (im not sure but i do remember something like that, it would be helpful if you give a feedback whether it worked or not)

There's a couple of ROMs for the i7 Stylus on xda that we have compiled a kernel with 8723bu for; those should work for you. And the latest RemixOS version (205) has added it as well; I can pull the kernel/modules/firmware if you want - and you can use those with any ROM (probably 4.4+).
