android stop booting in this part

and i can hear a "shooting" sounds (in ubuntu booting too but after the boot sounds normally)

i tried to press alt+ f7 but nothing happens, in vga mode (video=LVDS-1:d) and custom resolution (vga=ask) too but stucks in the same place

Processor: Intel Pentium M (Dothan) 1.70 GHz (oc 2.3)

Screen: 15" 1280x800

Graphics: Intel Graphics Media Acelerator 915GM/GMS, 910GML Express Chipset Family

Ram 2gb

HDD 80gb (30gb for android ext3)
