Did you get anywhere with getting a target for the D945GSEJT board up an running?
Good morning to everybody.
I'm in the road of building Android for Intel's Desktop Board D945GSEJT (Atom N270) but before getting into the code and build it, I was doing some tests with a pre-built image.
I have tested eeePC image for Android 4 RC2 (the lastest available at Android-x86), and I got different results. If I run the live CD, Android works okey, it runs fast and smooth. Some peripheral does not work (BlueZ is not working ok with my Bluetooth device, and I couldn't use WiFi) but at least it runs good. I run the image from a 4GB USB Pendrive. Is this eeePC ROM, the best ROM for the board I'm running?
If I try to install that image to a 16GB USB Pendrive, the installation process completes ONLY if the size of the partition is less than 8GB (using etx2 or ext3). If I leave an entire 16GB partition, the installation process says it cannot mount the unit.
Another problem is that, when the installation process finished successfully (using 4GB partition in ext3), the I reboot after installation completed, I get a black screen and Android does not boot. Or at least I don't see even the logo. I have installed GRUB, and Android is the only OS in this computer. Moreover, I have only USB drive(I remove the installation USB disk). Can anybody give me some help with this?
Also, is there any way I can boot in "verbose" mode? I mean, a way to see what it happens when it boots, what drivers are loaded, if there is any error?
Thanks very much in advance. I would like to have my system up and running in order to start contributing to this project (and with this board in particular).
