Ice cream sandwich (ICS) and acer w500, 501 [something not work]

Hi,
I use the w501 and ICS 4.0 amd-brazos then it has something not work with my device.
what is not work
1. Bluetooth
2. Camera
3. Audio
4. Microphone
5. 3G
6. accelerometer
7. Sleep button (when i press a short time it aways say "turn off" and long time is same )
what is problem
1. Graphic is not as good as it should be (E.g. the unlock screen, Fruit Slice and Yoo ninja)
3. Some area on the top of screen aways flashing when I silde homescreen, open app and search app in market.
