Can run but can't install

My bios doesn't support booting from USB so i installed to a cd-r and when i run it it works flawlessly (great job btw) but when i go to install it cannot detect the partition that i have made using windows. Dell inspiron 5521  4.4 rc2. Legacy boot safeboot off. Help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you :)
