Very strange:
when I boot from usb live android-x86-4.4-r2 on my Asus laptop , Wifi connects to my router,
when I boot android from harddisk (ext3 partition) then Wifi loops Authenticate-Obtaining Ip and does not connect to my router ?!

SOLVED !!
When I copied a fresh partition with androidx86 installed to my hard disk I used cp -R ...
The correct way is to clone partition with Gparted !!
