Hello,

I'm trying to port android-x86 to my Teclast X16 PRO tablet with a cherry trail chipset. I succeeded compiling sources for marshmallow 6.0.1 but can't do it for Lollipop 5.1.1 : I get some error : unsupported reloc 43 against global symbol

I tried different options like using gcc instead of clang or downgrading gcc / binutils with no success.

Although I'll be using android 6.0 later, I currently need to build a 5.1.1 release.

Any help ?
Thanks in advance.

Would love to see some progress on this, I'm using a Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 with a Z8500 and it really sucks that there is little to no Cherry Trail support.

Guess you're saying it probably won't receive support?
