how to android-x86 in QEMU-KVM - queries

Hi
I ve built 'android-x86 generic_x86' target (from latest sources as described @ http://www.android-x86.org/getsourcecode ) and I am trying to run it on QEMU-KVM in ubuntu-9.10 on Thinkpad T400.
I ran in to problem which I posted earlier in this thread (http://groups.google.com/group/android-x86/browse_thread/thread/988e77a22c97d544/ddd03282654b190e?lnk=gst&q=sreenaath#ddd03282654b190e) when running in QEMU-KVM, but the same iso image ran smoothly in VirtualBox.
When trying to refer the how-to for QEMU-KVM@ http://www.android-x86.org/documents/qemuhowto I got coupled of doubts.
1. Do we have 'qemu-kvm' binary? All that I see in my system is 'qemu-system-x86_64' binary after installing QEMU-KVM.
2. Has anyone tried android-x86 with QEMU-KVM? If so can you tell me the procedure to run android-x86 on QEMU-KVM ?

Heh i had that problem on kitkat 4.4.2 but i found way around if you will want to know how give me a shout
