Installed Android x86, but now nothing will boot

I installed Android x86, but now I get an error message by GRUB, it says:

error: unknown filesystem

grub rescue>

I installed it over Zorin OS on sda3 or sda4, but now I want to access Windows Vista but I can't because It won't boot.

Any help would be greatly appreciated...

f your boot drive is /dev/sda, "lilo -M /dev/sda" will clear the MBR with a std one.

(type without the quotes)

From a DOS boot, "fdisk /mbr" does the same.

every android x86 image may not run on evry hardware. give some specs of your hardware, pc model and android x86 iso which you are using.

My hardware specs are lenovo ideapad-580 i5-proceesor ,4  gb ram ,500 gb harddisk
