Bliss OS Bluetooth problem

So I discovered this problem since I got Bliss OS and it's weird. Whenever I turn on Bluetooth from other programs it says Bluetooth is off. Turning it on from Quick Settings gets stuck on Turning on... until I expand it or exit out of it and reopen it.

This is a known issue when BT hardware isn't compatible

But I can see that 8.1-r2 works with bluetooth perfectly.

Since we share the same kernel-drivers and firmware as Android-x86, maybe something is different in the kernel. What is the filename of the Bliss build you tried?

Bliss-v11.9--OFFICIAL-20190525-2025_x86_64_k-k4.9.153_m-18.3.5-pie-x86-llvm80_f-dev-kernel.org.iso

I chose the 4.9 version because I don't really want a fractured screen on portrait apps.

The portrait apps on 4.19; only a half of the screen is available. I know they get squished to the middle to the screen like 8.1 rc1-r2, but they get shifted to the left when that happens.
