booting with bad parm value and HWACCEL=0 as in
HWACCEL=0 vga=999
then not selectiing a valid vga mode but instead hit
enter
enter
results in android gui output on both vga and hdmi {cloned}
though no hdmi sound (standard speakers work though)
and very very very painfully slow mouse
only useful for slide show presentations here where 2nd output is
required
