S1 Tablet with 3G need network selection

I have one of the following tablets, that supports 3G. with Win 7 Pro.

I have taken my SIM from my HD2 for TMO-US and put in the tablet, it
connects and I can surf the net on 3G, also send and receive IM's.

What I want to do is run the android on this tablet, and use the touch
screen, and the Sierra Wireless for 3G, the iceing on the cake would
be to be able to make calls and connect via BT.

IF someone is willing to help, I can provide some kind of resources,
at my day job, I have 3 excellet C++ professional programmers, who
said they might assist.
