Hello,

I think, IMEI number is fixed inside the 3G modem card, similar to MAC
adress of LAN card. So not possible to change it....

It's much easier to fake wireless or lan card Mac address than IMEI... atm... ^^ 

When it be possible this will be a fake/flood software solution than real hardware change ! ;-)

No need to post 3, 4 , 5 or 10 time the same question, the response remains the same : NO !!!

If you were a real dev, you wouldn't need to ask here. I fortuitly mentioned a clue but this can only be done by a high skilled dev (or low level dev depending on which contexte we are talking about).

I can't give more details, as this is mostly used in illegal contexte... ^^

Are you sure they use IMEI validation?
It makes little sense for me for games. What if the devices were
tablets without Mobile Data connection?

its simple. you can't play if your device does not have an imei ...
or in some games, you share game data with others who have same imei ...
