Android-X86 on AMD Sempron?

Hi,
When i try to run Android-x86 on my amd sempron machine, i got a
Detecting Android X86.................(and it's make dots until i
reboot the machine)
so,how can i run android x86 on my sempron?

It's propbably not finding the root filesystem. Have you tried
installing it to disk?

If you used existing Android Froyo x86 image.
You can't run on AMD Processor because the kernel setting for Intel
processor.
Maybe you need to build android-x86 image for your own.
Change the kernel setting to M586 and remove some kernel setting for
Inter Processor from Android kernel.

FYI-- I have no problem to boot an generic-x86 gingerbread usb image
on the AMD T56N/E1 device I got without any changes to the kernel
configuration file.
