which best android x86 for core 2 duo e4500 1gb of ram and intel g31, is for HTPC so it has to run Netflix, GloboPlay, Disney + among others, I prefer the latest android and preferably it works x64 on this cpu

Your CPU doesn't support SSE4.2 , so you cannot run 64 bit Android. Android x86 doesn't have widevine L3 or L1 support so Netflix and many streaming platforms won't work.

I don't think the specs you mentioned are unfortunately powerful enough to run very recent Android versions which require powerful hardware acceleration and lots of ram. You can try an older version and maybe have better luck, but I don't think Android is a good fit for a device this old, I'm sad to say.

Yes, Core 2 is way too old for Android x86 ABI.

As for Netflix, Widevine L3 DRM is purely software based. There's no technical reason why Netflix can't work on Android x86 other than them not liking rooted devices.
