How to move items, files and apps to another data.img ?

I am using Android x86 I have created Data.img 64 GB but I regretted that I can not transfer Data.img to the USB it says tell me there is not enough space . .and I can not resize it So, Can not I create another one and move all my apps and data to the new Data.img?

use stickmount app to mount other partitions on your pc...copy data like images,docs etc to other partitions......then use titanium backup to backup your apps to later restore...then copy titanium backup folder to other partitions...create a bootable usb and install android x86 again create data.img as much as you need..then later use stickmount again to mount other partitions..copy your files..restore apps and data using titanium backup

If you are familiar with Linux commands,
you can resize data.img easily.
Here are the brief steps:

Boot to debug mode, then

mount -o remount,rw /mnt
dd if=/dev/zero bs=1G count=8 >> /src/data.img
(append 8G space to /src/data.img)
e2fsck -f /src/data.img
resize2fs /src/data.img

Then type 'exit' twice to continue booting.
(or reboot -f)

Not possible. If you actually shrink an ext4 partition, you would end up corrupting it.
