Wifi Not turning on?

I have RTL8732DE driver on my laptop and I can't turn on WiFi or use Bluetooth tethering. There is no way to connect my laptop android os to internet. How I can connect to internet. Please help to bypass this issue. This issue also happen on Phoneix OS. I am using latest android x86 8.1 rc2 build.
