Is there a way to have the Google Store working on any version of Android X86?

I need to create a virtual machine with android X86 (Vmware ESX) but I need the Google Store working. Is that even possible?
I need to use an application that can only be downloaded from there, and also to register a gmail email address.

If you mean the Google Play Store, I have it working fine using A-x86 4.4-r1 on
an Acer 751.

I've installed quite a few things with no problems.

I registered an address on the Acer (a different address from any I use on
"genuine" Android devices) and that's what Google knows me as when I use the
Play Store.

What problem are you encountering, and what hardware are you using (or
emulating)?

I can see the issue, various build releases do not have the gapps apk applied by default only a few seem to.  Perhaps you should try http://www.onyxbits.de/raccoon you should be able to download all the apk's you need and apply them though fileviewer or something....
