Download or any shared folder?

Hi, I have a simple question.

I am using vmware Workstation to run the latest android. When I download
something in android, can I access the files on Windows?
I mean is there a folder where I can put files on windows and access them
in android, like a shared folder or something?

Not supported OOB.

It should be possible to build open-vm-tools (VMware Tools) with Android
NDK.
