Android 5.1-rc1 when trying to download any program from Google Play Store I am getting error code:963

I downloaded and installed Android-5.1-rc1 inside VirtualBox v4.3.30 virtual machine. It looks like everything is working fine. I can start browser and type in URL adddress and I can access any internet site without a problem.

Now starting Google Play Store to install "Chrome" browser. I typed in "chrome", clicked on Install button and download process begins. It gets to 100% downloaded file and then restarts download and beginns from 0% and when download looks like finished approacing 100% then returns error message:
"Chrome Browser - Google" can't be downloaded. Try again, and if the problem continues, get help troubleshooting (Error code:963)

I tried severa programs to install from Google Play Store, but without success, the same error message.

On web I have found many threads suggesting: Settings | Apps | All | Google Play Store | Clear data. Re-run the Google Play Store and the same error.

Any idea what is wrong?

I reinstalled Android using ext4 and that has solved a problem.
