Cannot see installation menu on Lenovo Miix 320 (Intel Atom x5-Z8350)

Hello,

I tried to install Android x86 (tried using both "android-x86_64-7.1-rc2.iso" and "android-x86_64-6.0-r3.iso" and having same issue) and when I select "Installation on hard drive", I get what it looks like a menu or installation options, but it's sideways on the screen and not readable at all.  So I get stuck there and cannot continue...

I was able to run Android using the Live option from the USB stick, but don't want that option.  I want to be able to Dual Boot in either WIndows 10 or Android.

Any help would be much appreciated!
