The topic was already discussed, there is no guest addition for Android,

so it cannot be installed.

If you are referring to VMSVGA acceleration not working the problem was raised to Oracle developer in virtualbox 6.0.0

but it has not been solved

Virtualbox 3D acceleration does not work, if you want it do something to have it, 

like analyzing the problem and open a bug to Oracle Virtualbox

I have already did what I could do.

If you want virtualization 3D acceleration, the only way possible is to use VMware Player

with nougat-x86 or oreo-x86 special ISO with kernel 4.9,

which should work out of the box.
