I've asked this before, but did not get any replies. Has anyone succeeded to wake up any machine with Android x86 with any USB peripheral like mouse or keyboard. If I put my machine to sleep (Fujitsu Lifebook 733), I cant get it to wake up with USB keyboard, mouse or airmouse. Only way to get it to wake up, is to press the power button or use WOL with my phone or other Computer. I've tried the following links suggestion, but it does not seem to work on android

https://askubuntu.com/questions/848698/wake-up-from-suspend-using-wireless-usb-keyboard-or-mouse-for-any-linux-distro

Only time I can wake the machine with mouse is few seconds after hitting the "lock screen" button, if I move my mouse just a little, it cancels the sleep. After few seconds, nothing can be done with the USB devices to wake the machine up. And i specifically mean to wake it up from sleep, not from shut down state. The USB devices are powered on even when my machine is at sleep (lights are up, I can even charge my phone from the ports), but the Android is not responding to their input.

If anybody has had any luck waking their machines up with USB I'd like to hear or if anyone has any suggestion what to try. Thanks in advance.

I can not too! The only way to wake up the Android X86 is to turn off and reconnect the PC or Notebook (Positive Molibe 1445 Sim + Core2Duo). Even though I activated the maximum amount of time (30 minutes in the screen configuration) to stay awake, even for us who use "PC's" machines, there is always something that takes us away from the screen (answer the phone, answer someone, workstation). But I realized one thing that when you use the Android OS system on HD (hard disk), you can "TEST" its functionality as if it were Windows. Type: App's for: shutdown, antivirus, fast browser, repair system, defragmenter, etc. The only FUNCTIONS that I can not USE and which I find IMPORTANT are:
1_ the imbernation of the SCREEN (that there is no way to wake up, although it is working and must be related some configuration that we do not know or was not program to display or simply forgot to display). The only thing I tested is: You leave on the open screen an APP that has a BANNER of running figures, type an APP of the bank Santnder that has to have with BOLSA of academic studies.
2_ PRINT as if it were an X86 machine, if anyone managed this feat, NOT posted.
3_ Until recently I could NOT SEE VIDEOS that depended on the program on Youtube.
That's it! I hope that this information will help us to unveil this system and that it will become usual for X86 machines.

I don't have such problems as you, as I can wake my machine with WOL packet trough network or just by pressing the powerbutton. But what I would like to know has anybody succeeded on waking their android machine with any USB peripherals. I would think this feature might be very useful for anyone who uses their Android X86 machines as mediaplayer or desktop machines.

Hey,

we are also facing this problem.
We are using a HID Touch Screen via USB and as soon as Android sleeps, the USB Powers are powered down ...

We are using Intel Apollo Lake and Intel Braswell.
Both CPU Types have the same issue.
