WiFi reconnect loop

Hi all,

I found in the Android 8 r2. When the Android connects to a network without Internet, Android will reconnect to WiFi AP again and again.

Is it possible to disable this behavior? Because I need to connect to Intranet sometimes...XD

This is the default behavior of AOSP, my phone does that too.

Android doesn't care about intranet, it only cares about internet.

There is a way around this: https://android.stackexchange.com/questions/130265/stay-connected-to-specific-wifi-which-has-no-internet

I known this is default behavior.

But I want to change the behavior. 

No matter the WiFi connection with/without Internet, the Android system do not disconnect the WiFi connection.

Can you give some hints to modify the source code.

No, I need to modify the behavior by code. Not a workaround.

I will not only deploy this image in a device, I will deploy the image to a farm.

I think I have source code, therefore, I want to change the source code.
