Android x86 4.4 R2 - Bluetooth dongle and Wi-Fi not working

Hi all. I recently installed Android x86 4.4 R2 as the primary OS on a desktop computer.
I have a Bluetooth USB Dongle (ASUS USB-BT400) on the system so it can talk to other Bluetooth devices. However when trying to turn on the Bluetooth from the settings menu it doesn't activate. Do I need to install certain drivers?
In addition I have a wireless USB adapter (Rosewill RNX-N180UBE) that doesn't appear to work either when trying to turn on the Wi-Fi. System works over wired LAN.
Any assistance with either of these would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Post here the results of the following commands:
cat /sys/kernel/debug/usb/devices
dmesg
logcat
